 Hook Plates
The Lift-Master Hook Plate enables any fork truck to maximize safety while
lifting a load using chains, cables or ropes. The safety chain and clasp are used to
secure the Hook Plate to the fork truck, preventing it from sliding off the end of the
forks. Fork openings are 6-1/4"W x 1-3/4"H. The LM-HP-4 is
constructed of 3/4" hot rolled steel. Additional 6,000 pounds capacity option
is available for handling heavier loads (model number LM-HP-6). Consult
fork truck owners manual for capacities before purchasing.

Fixed Position Hook Plates The
Fixed Position Hook combines safety and convenience to
provide hook style lifting from your fork truck. The attachment
locks on the heal of the fork truck to prevent the Fixed Hook from moving
on the forks. Hook position is 24" from the mast. Fork
pockets are 5" wide on 24" centers. Capacity is 4,000
lbs. Other sizes available.
